Problem

Multiple old fillings, inconsistent aesthetics, and subtle gaps in the upper arch.

Solutions

Full zirconia crowns and veneers in the upper arch — aesthetics and reinforcement in one.

Before

This is the story of a patient whose smile was not neglected — it was simply tired. Years of treatment, numerous fillings, and small adjustments gradually took away cohesion. Each tooth told a slightly different story: a different shade, a different form, a different way of catching the light. Subtle gaps also appeared, becoming increasingly noticeable when she smiled.

The patient wanted a change that felt calm, considered, and lasting. She was not looking for a “wow effect”, but for a smile that would feel harmonious — and finally, truly organised.

The process of bringing the smile back

We chose a comprehensive reconstruction of the upper arch using full zirconia crowns and veneers. Instead of correcting individual elements, we designed the smile as a whole — logical, cohesive, and visually calm. Full zirconia crowns and veneers allowed us to give the teeth a unified form, a natural texture, and a subtle interplay of light. The small gaps were closed in a way that is invisible to the eye, without sacrificing naturalness or the character of the smile.

After

From the clinician’s perspective

The final result is a smile that feels clean, harmonious, and distinctly feminine. It does not dominate the face, and it does not draw attention through “newness”. Instead, it brings a sense of order, refined aesthetics, and comfort — both visual and functional. Today, the patient no longer thinks about which tooth once had a filling and which was “corrected”. She thinks about conversation, smiling, and everyday moments. Because a well-designed smile is one that closes a previous chapter of treatment — and allows you to move forward calmly, with a smile that finally feels whole.
