Before
This is the story of a patient who had had enough of compromise. Removable dentures did not provide a sense of security or comfort. Every meal, every conversation, every smile involved control and tension. Smiling stopped feeling natural — it became something that had to be managed. The patient was looking for a fixed solution: one that would allow him to forget about dentures and return to everyday life without fear or limitation. The main challenge was the lack of teeth in the upper arch and the need to restore full chewing function and aesthetics in a durable way. Previous solutions did not meet his expectations — there was not enough stability, confidence while eating, or ease in daily situations.
We chose implant treatment using the All-on-6 protocol in the upper arch. The surgical stage was performed by implantologist Dr Grzegorz Paradowski, and the final stage was the prosthetic rehabilitation: a full zirconia bridge, screw-retained permanently to the implants, completed by me. This is not a denture — it is a fixed implant-supported restoration, designed to look and function like natural teeth.
After
For the patient, this transformation meant the end of constantly thinking about his smile — whether the denture might move, whether it would remain stable, whether it might fail at the worst possible moment. He regained confidence while eating, speaking, and laughing. The tension disappeared. Calm and ease returned — and it is hard to overstate their value. It was a true improvement in quality of life: a return to normality, where smiling is once again a natural part of daily life, not a source of stress. Because a fixed smile becomes a new standard of living.
