This is the story of a patient who understood that in the aesthetic zone there is no margin for error. In addition, the smile required a comprehensive reorganisation so that the upper and lower arches could function as one cohesive, functional, and aesthetically consistent system.

Full zirconia crowns in the upper and lower arches complemented the therapy, designed for correct proportions, harmonious occlusal function, and a cohesive, natural shade. The implant in the aesthetic zone became the starting point for the reconstruction. With careful planning and precise execution, we achieved a result that does not reveal the presence of an implant — the smile looks natural, light, and coherent. Full zirconia crowns in both arches completed the rehabilitation, restoring functional and aesthetic balance.
